COMMERCIAL
We have completed numerous units including office buildings, production factories, warehouse units and external commercial plant and equipment sites. Our main focus was on completion of these buildings, and working closely with the design team we achieved a low-energy rating. With extensions to existing office buildings, we incorporated a passive design to substantially reduce energy usage which included rain water harvesting, automated windows and solar thermal. As carbon-reducing regulations change for commercial builds, so do our designs.
