RM Breen Associates have been involved in new-builds, renovations and extensions to a number of hotels over the years. We provide mechanical and electrical design services for hotel lobbies, bedrooms, function rooms and leisure centres. Some of the design services we provided include: CHP Plant, Heat recovery systems, Variable air volume control systems, air quality sensors, generators, power IT, DATA and lighting with an emphasis on feature lighting for lobbies, corridors, bar areas and spa treatment rooms. Some of our clients include: Bewleys Hotel Group, Moran Hotel Group and Red Group Prague.
